The power of a support group

When training to reach whatever goal it is that you have set, a support group is such an important way to keep you motivated and honest. Let your best friend know what you are doing. The more people you have to keep yourself accountable the more likely you will achieve and stay with your fitness goals. I have a group class right now that share a facebook group where I can communicate with them and we can all motivate each other. It is very motivating and encouraging when you have the support of eight other people that know what you are going threw. Good luck to everyone who is on a fitness journey right now and to the one's who are just getting started!
