Hi Everyone. I have added a document that will show you what I will be training for for the next month. So many individual's and family member's have been affected by breast cancer and I will be participating in a 130km bike to raise money for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and help find a cure. My grandma is a breast cancer survivor and i have a  family member that is currently undergoing chemo. I will be biking to support both of them along with everyone else who has been affected. I am very motivated to work hard and make sure I am ready for July 20th at 8:00am when I will leave the wal-mart parking lot and bike north on highway 2 until I reach my home town of Athabasca. I would be so honoured if you would make a donation to support my bike and to help end breast cancer! To donate please call 587-337-1448 or email me at jon.lemessurier@hotmail.com for more information. Thank you so much!

Most Valuable Possession

Today I felt like sharing my thoughts about fitness training and your own body. I believe that your own body is your most valuable possession and gift. That being said, you must keep that possession safe and healthy so that it remains valuable and in a healthy state.Training your body will only enrich and extend the life of that possession. I encourage you to take the time to really think about what you fuel or don't fuel your body with, and decide if your body is getting what it needs and deserves. Your body deserves the right care and support!  It is never too late to change that mental and physical diet of the body. "The Baseline is just the beginning"

"You miss 100% of the shots you never take."- Author Unknown

This quote is from a poster my dad gave me when I was in grade eleven. It has been a part of me ever since. It can be aplicable to any part of life. It has inspired me to conquer so many of my fears. This quote came up so many times when I was deciding to create Baseline Training. I believe this business was an opportunity I could not let go and a shot I could not miss. So take a shot and see what journey it will take you on. You may be surprised what you can learn about yourself.
