I am so excited for the opportunity to move back to Athabasca to train full time in the town I grew up in! The town has brought me back as I continue to get new clients every week I am up there on Tuesday and Wednesday. It is so motivating to see this town so active and recognizing the benefits of total wellness and looking to improve in different aspects of overall health. I am honoured to help each and everyone of you and am so passionate to be able to do this as a career! When training to reach whatever goal it is that you have set, a support group is such an important way to keep you motivated and honest. Let your best friend know what you are doing. The more people you have to keep yourself accountable the more likely you will achieve and stay with your fitness goals. I have a group class right now that share a facebook group where I can communicate with them and we can all motivate each other. It is very motivating and encouraging when you have the support of eight other people that know what you are going threw. I am so thankful for the opportunity to give back to the community of Athabasca where I grew up. I am blessed to have the opportunity to go up there twice a week and train clients. Some individual's who guided me through school and helped me succeed in my athletics are now part of Baseline Training. I am able to give back and help them make healthy changes in their lives. I would like to let everyone know that the Bike for Breast Cancer was a huge success! I surpassed my goal of raising $1000 and the total amount came to $1600! Everyone's support on the day was so helpful and motivating to push me to the finish line at the riverfront where I was met by my amazing friends and family. The bike went very well and the program design I came up with was a huge reason I made it. Thank you Nait PFT Program!
