Baseline Training was evolved to bring overall wellness and happiness to the clients.
The name was created from Baseline Road near Athabasca, Alberta, where I grew up.
As a growing child that soon became a maturing highly competitive athlete, I have many memories running and biking up and down Baseline Road and decided that I wanted to carry those memories forward. To me, that road was one of endurance, perseverance and hard work. It was also one of companionship and many rewards. Much like anyone's journey of health and well being, my time spent training on this road serves as a valuable metaphor for anyone on the road to greater health.
My intention is to create a safe and motivating environment that considers the individual goals of each client while also considering current state of physical health and lifestyle manageability. Baseline has always been just the beginning and I am so excited to see where it will now take me with this amazing opportunity to help others succeed on their path.
